I’ve never done Pilates before… will I be lost? +
Not at all. We’ve got you. Our classes are designed to guide you every step of the way, and our instructors are there to support, correct, and encourage you throughout. Everyone starts somewhere and you’ll fit right in.
What should I expect from my first class? +
Expect intentional movement, hands-on guidance, and a workout that challenges you in the best way. Pilates is slower and more controlled, but don’t be fooled, you’ll feel muscles you didn’t know existed.
What do I wear? +
Form-fitting activewear is best so you can move freely and we can properly guide your form. Grip socks are required (and trust us… you’ll want them).
How early should I arrive? +
10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. We want you to feel comfortable, not rushed.
Is Pilates actually a good workout? +
Yes and then some! Pilates focuses on deep, controlled muscle engagement, building strength, stability, and endurance without high impact. It’s the kind of workout that changes your body over time.
Do you provide discounts? +
Yes! Military, teacher or healthcare workers get 10% off any monthly membership. Email us at info@remadepilates.com in order to get a special purchase link!
What should I bring to class? +
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing so you can move with ease. Grip socks are encouraged for safety and stability on the reformer, but if you don’t have a pair, they are available for purchase in the studio. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
How do I book a class? +
Everything is booked online through our website or app. Quick, easy, and seamless.
What’s your cancellation policy? +
We have a 12-hour cancellation window. Late cancels or no-shows will result in a fee or lost class credit. We hold your spot and have to pay our instructors, so we ask you to be mindful of it.
Do classes or packages expire? +
Yes. All packages and memberships come with expiration dates to keep you consistent and committed.
Can I pause or cancel my membership? +
We get it, life happens. We offer pause and cancellation options with proper notice. Just reach out and we’ll take care of you.
What if a class is full? +
Join the waitlist! Spots open up often, and you’ll be automatically added if one becomes available.
Why would I book a private session? +
If you want results faster, more intentional, and fully tailored to you. Private sessions allow us to focus on your specific goals, your body, and your pace.
Are private sessions good for injuries or post-op? +
Yes. Private Pilates is one of the best ways to safely rebuild strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence again.
What equipment will we use? +
Everything. Reformer, Cadillac, chair, barrelsβ€”we use it all to create a well-rounded, customized session.
How often should I take private sessions? +
It depends on your goals, but even 1–2 sessions a week can make a noticeable difference.
What’s included in a private party? +
A fully customized Pilates class + exclusive access to the studio for a minimum of 2 hours. It’s your space to move, celebrate, and make it your own.
What kind of events can I host? +
Bachelorettes, birthdays, girls’ days, brand events, team bonding… anything worth celebrating!
Can we bring food, drinks, or decorations? +
Yes! You’re welcome to bring light bites, drinks, and dΓ©cor. We’ll go over any guidelines beforehand.
How many people can attend? +
It depends on our studio capacityβ€”reach out and we’ll map it out for your group.
Can you help us plan the vibe? +
Absolutely. Whether you want high-energy and fun or slow and intentional, we’ll help curate the experience.
What happens if I’m late? +
For safety and class flow, late arrivals past 10 minutes will not be admitted and will count as a no-show. We recommend arriving early so you don’t miss a thing.
Do you offer refunds? +
All sales are final, but we’ll always do our best to help you find a solution if something comes up.
Do you offer beginner classes? +
Yes! We offer beginner-friendly classes that help you build confidence and learn the foundations. Try our Re-Start and Re-Align classes.
Is this a judgment-free space? +
Always. Remade is about feeling strong, confident, and supported exactly as you are.
Is parking available? +
Yes! Plenty of parking is available around our building.
How often should I be taking classes to see results? +
Consistency is key. Most clients see and feel a difference with 2–4 classes per week.
Will Pilates help with posture? +
100%. Pilates focuses on alignment, core strength, and muscle balanceβ€”everything your posture needs.
