Fitness and movement has always been important in her life but was introduced to Pilates in 2021 and never looked back!
ο»ΏShe decided to pursue her certification in 2023 after realizing how much it changed her life during and after pregnancy! It made her feel strong and connected to her body which helped her prenatal and postnatal phases.
She has always been a corporate girl, but after having her son, she realized that her family needed her to be more present in this season of life. Remade is the fruit of a seed that was planted in her heart years ago, and now she gets to share it with many people like you!

She began practicing Pilates in 2023 during a season when her body needed care more than punishment. From her very first class, she was instantly hooked!
She became certified in January 2024 and is currently completing her comprehensive training. Pilates for her is a lifestyle. Itβs her moment of peace in the day where sheβs fully present. Focused on her body, breath, and mind. This type of connection is what made herfall in love with Pilates.
She began teaching because she wanted to create spaces where people, especially those who donβt always see themselves reflected in wellness spaces, feel welcomed, supported, and strong. My goal is to help others fall in love with movement again. To see fitness not as a chore, but as a form of connection, joy, and coming home to yourself.

Not at all. Weβve got you. Our classes are designed to guide you every step of the way, and our instructors are there to support, correct, and encourage you throughout. Everyone starts somewhere and youβll fit right in.
-
Expect intentional movement, hands-on guidance, and a workout that challenges you in the best way. Pilates is slower and more controlled, but donβt be fooled, youβll feel muscles you didnβt know existed.
-
Form-fitting activewear is best so you can move freely and we can properly guide your form. Grip socks are required (and trust usβ¦ youβll want them).
-
10β15 minutes early, especially if itβs your first time. We want you to feel comfortable, not rushed.
-
Yes and then some! Pilates focuses on deep, controlled muscle engagement, building strength, stability, and endurance without high impact. Itβs the kind of workout that changes your body over time.
-
We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout clothing so you can move with ease. Grip socks are encouraged for safety and stability on the reformer, but if you donβt have a pair, they are available for purchase in the studio. Donβt forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your session.
